Free Estimate
We begin with an on-site visit to understand your home, the scope of work, and your goals. You will receive a clear, detailed quote outlining the work involved, so expectations are aligned before moving forward.

Plan & Choose Colours
Once you approve the estimate, we secure your place in our schedule and coordinate key dates, including soft washing and your project start. We also help finalize colour selections before production begins.

Soft Washing
Due to Vancouver’s climate and consistent mildew buildup, most exterior projects begin with soft washing. This step removes contaminants and prepares surfaces for proper adhesion, helping ensure long lasting results.

Surface Preparation
On a scheduled return date, once surfaces are fully dry, we begin detailed preparation. This includes scraping, sanding, priming, filling, and careful masking. Thorough preparation is essential and is where quality and longevity are built.

Professional Painting
Our painters apply your selected colours using premium materials and proven techniques. We primarily partner with Sherwin Williams and also use Benjamin Moore when best suited to the project.

Final Cleanup, Inspection & Warranty
We leave your home clean and orderly, with no disruption left behind. A final walkthrough ensures the work meets our standards and yours. Once complete, your warranty is provided for added confidence and peace of mind.
